Voting Certificate- In el Tribunal Supremo Electoral, you do have to be present.

Ecuador drivers license- Comisión de transito de Guayas. You need to show both your ID and your voting certificate.

International Drivers license- present your Ecuador Drivers license, voters certificate, and ID in the ANETA.
